HRH COLLECTION TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to HRH COLLECTION. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of shophrh.co (the “Site”) and purchases made from HRH COLLECTION (“HRH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with any policies referenced on the Site.
Please review these Terms carefully before placing an order.
1. ORDERS
By placing an order with HRH COLLECTION, you confirm that the information provided at checkout is complete and accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or inventory errors, unauthorized resale, abuse of promotions, or other circumstances that reasonably require cancellation.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
2. MADE-TO-ORDER & HANDMADE PRODUCTS
Many HRH COLLECTION pieces are made to order, individually assembled, handmade, or produced in limited quantities specifically for our customers.
Because of the handmade and individually produced nature of our products, slight variations are normal.
Variations may include differences in color, finish, texture, stones, crystals, pearls, beads, chains, components, positioning, measurements, or other handmade details.
These natural or minor variations are part of the character of handmade and specialty products and are not considered defects.
3. PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY & APPEARANCE
We make every reasonable effort to represent our products accurately.
However, colors, finishes, metals, stones, crystals, shine, transparency, scale, and other details may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, your device, display settings, and the individual characteristics of the materials used.
We cannot guarantee that a product will appear exactly the same in person as it does on your screen.
4. PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Prices, product descriptions, availability, and promotions may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, pricing errors, inventory errors, or other mistakes.
If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you with the option to proceed under the corrected information or cancel the affected item for a refund.
5. FINAL SALE
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Because HRH COLLECTION pieces are made to order, handmade, customized, individually prepared, or produced in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection, or other non-defect reasons.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing product descriptions, measurements, sizing information, colors, materials, quantities, and selected options before completing an order.
Personalized, customized, altered, specially sized, made-to-order, pre-order, and backordered products are also final sale except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
6. CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES
Orders begin processing quickly and many products are produced specifically for the customer.
If you request cancellation before processing or production has begun and we are able to approve the cancellation, a $25 cancellation/restocking fee may apply.
Once an order has entered production, assembly, customization, processing, or fulfillment, it generally cannot be changed or canceled, except where cancellation or another remedy is required by applicable law.
Pre-order, backordered, personalized, customized, or specially produced merchandise cannot be canceled once production has begun, subject to applicable law.
7. PROCESSING TIME
Unless a different timeframe is stated on the applicable product page, orders may require up to 10 business days from payment to shipment.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays.
The processing period is separate from the carrier’s shipping/transit time.
If circumstances prevent us from shipping within the timeframe represented at the time of purchase, we will handle the delay in accordance with applicable law, which may include obtaining your consent to the delay or providing the opportunity to cancel the affected unshipped merchandise for a refund.
8. SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please contact us immediately if you discover an address error. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
HRH COLLECTION is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Shipping and delivery estimates provided by carriers are estimates and may be affected by weather, transportation interruptions, customs, holidays, governmental action, carrier operations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. LOST, STOLEN & DELIVERED PACKAGES
If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us so that the shipment can be reviewed and, where appropriate, a carrier claim can be initiated.
When carrier tracking confirms that a package was delivered to the shipping address supplied with the order, HRH COLLECTION is not responsible for theft or disappearance occurring after confirmed delivery, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Customers should first check with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, reception areas, and the applicable shipping carrier when tracking indicates delivery but the package cannot be located.
Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
10. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, tariffs, import taxes, brokerage charges, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in HRH COLLECTION’s product or shipping prices.
HRH COLLECTION does not determine or control customs charges.
International customers are responsible for complying with the import requirements of their destination country.
Customs processing may delay delivery.
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because the customer refuses or fails to pay applicable import charges, any refund or credit that may be legally required or otherwise approved will be determined after the merchandise is returned to HRH COLLECTION and may be reduced by shipping, return shipping, customs, brokerage, or other costs incurred by HRH COLLECTION, to the extent permitted by law.
11. INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you believe you received an incorrect product or a product with a manufacturing defect, contact HRH COLLECTION promptly after delivery with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
We may request additional photographs or information reasonably necessary to evaluate the product.
If we determine that an item has a manufacturing defect or that an incorrect product was sent, HRH COLLECTION will determine the appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Normal wear and tear is not a manufacturing defect.
12. JEWELRY CARE & NORMAL WEAR
Jewelry is subject to natural wear through use.
Plated, coated, polished, treated, and finished jewelry may gradually fade, tarnish, scratch, discolor, or experience wear to its plating or finish.
The rate of wear varies considerably depending on frequency of use, skin chemistry, perspiration, climate, storage, friction, and exposure to water, moisture, cosmetics, perfume, lotions, cleaning products, chemicals, or other substances.
Normal wear, scratching, tarnishing, fading, discoloration, or gradual wear of plating or finish does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
To extend the appearance and life of your jewelry, we recommend keeping pieces dry and properly stored and avoiding unnecessary contact with water, perfume, cosmetics, lotions, cleaning products, chemicals, and excessive friction.
13. SIZING
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size before placing an order.
Measurements and sizing information provided on the Site are intended to assist customers with selection.
If a product is made, altered, or customized according to a size or measurement selected or supplied by the customer, the product remains final sale except where otherwise required by law.
14. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS & FREE GIFTS
Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
Free gifts and promotional merchandise have no cash value and are not independently refundable or redeemable for cash.
If an order associated with a promotional offer is canceled or refunded where permitted, eligibility for any associated promotion or free gift may also be affected.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse promotional transactions involving fraud, manipulation, duplicate accounts, or other abuse of an offer.
15. GIFT CARDS
HRH COLLECTION gift cards may be redeemed for eligible purchases through the Site.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.
Gift-card use is subject to applicable California and federal law.
16. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
If you experience an issue with an order, please contact HRH COLLECTION so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the matter.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, HRH COLLECTION may provide the applicable bank, card issuer, payment processor, or other financial institution with information reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute.
This may include order records, transaction information, applicable policies, customer communications, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, and other evidence concerning the transaction.
Knowingly fraudulent purchases or payment disputes may result in HRH COLLECTION refusing future transactions from the customer, account, payment method, or associated information, to the extent permitted by law.
17. FRAUD & ORDER VERIFICATION
We reserve the right to review transactions for fraud and payment security.
An order may be delayed, canceled, or subject to additional verification when we reasonably believe that a transaction may be unauthorized, fraudulent, unusually high-risk, or inconsistent with ordinary purchasing activity.
We may also limit purchase quantities when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse of promotions, circumvention of product limits, or unauthorized commercial resale.
18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site and its content, including HRH COLLECTION branding, logos, photographs, videos, graphics, product names, written content, artwork, and original creative materials, are owned by or licensed to HRH COLLECTION and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized commercial derivative materials from protected HRH COLLECTION content without our prior authorization, except where permitted by law.
Nothing on the Site grants authorization to represent yourself or another business as HRH COLLECTION or as an authorized HRH COLLECTION retailer, representative, distributor, or affiliate.
19. UNAUTHORIZED RESALE
HRH COLLECTION products are sold for lawful personal use unless we have separately authorized a wholesale or commercial relationship.
We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders that we reasonably believe are intended for unauthorized commercial resale or other misuse of HRH COLLECTION products, branding, or intellectual property.
20. WEBSITE USE
You agree not to misuse the Site.
Prohibited conduct includes fraudulent activity, attempting unauthorized access to the Site or another user’s information, introducing malicious software, interfering with Site operation or security, impersonating another person or business, or unlawfully copying or commercially exploiting Site content.
We may restrict access to the Site when reasonably necessary to protect HRH COLLECTION, our customers, or the operation of the Site.
21. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Site relies on third-party services that may include ecommerce technology providers, payment processors, shipping carriers, fraud-prevention services, analytics providers, and other service providers.
Certain third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
HRH COLLECTION is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third parties except where applicable law provides otherwise.
22. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
HRH COLLECTION does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HRH COLLECTION and its owners, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or our products.
Where legally permitted, HRH COLLECTION’s aggregate liability arising from a particular product purchase will not exceed the amount paid to HRH COLLECTION for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
23. INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless HRH COLLECTION and its owners, affiliates, employees, agents, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
24. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and transactions with HRH COLLECTION are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
25. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
26. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically.
The current version will be posted on the Site with the date it was last updated. Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise.
27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Site and purchases from HRH COLLECTION.
