Not previously used, lab created sapphires from the 1920s. I was lucky enough to come across a source of unused stones from a now closed New York jeweler from the 1920s.

Set in custom, solid 14K gold settings all created for each unique stone. I designed these with delicate bands and basket four prong cages, to let the stone not only have maximum light pass through, but also so that the highlight of the ring is the gorgeous stone.
