Can I cancel or make changes to my order without being charged
I can cancel an order but a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund because so many of my stones and pieces are limited - restocking and recount is necessary. Refunds will be issued via PayPal. Unfortunately, I am not able to cancel or change an order after I have begun production nor after it has already been shipped.
What if the item I am interested in is sold out
My items can sell out within hours. I will try my best to restock them but sometimes it might take days, as each piece is handmade. If you are interested in a piece please email me at email@example.com and I will try my best to accommodate your request.
Can I customize the length or color or my piece
Yes, I can customize pieces that show the option for a customization before adding it to your cart. Most customizations are an additional fee of $5.
What kind of payments do you accept
For domestic orders, I can accept payment through Paypal or cashiers check. For international orders, I can only accept payment through Paypal.
Each piece is custom made at the time of purchase for you and therefore I do not offer returns or exchanges.
Absolutely no returns or exchanges for clothing as I stock and carry a limited quantity as the orders come in.
If the incorrect item was shipped, please notify me immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org providing your order number and information. I will then send you the correct item upon receipt of the incorrect item. Please return it to:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and there is a 10 day shipping policy, which means we have 10 days from time of payment to send it out, excluding weekends and holidays.
The total shipping amount is calculated at your final check out. Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
I ship via USPS and provide tracking for each order. Once an order is shipped, typical delivery time is 1-5 days. I am not responsible for any lost or stolen orders - especially if tracking indicates that it was delivered, I cannot be responsible for that package which at that point is out of my hands and control. A replacement piece or refund in this case will not be approved. Domestic orders with a total of $200 or more will receive free shipping!
I ship via USPS which has a 5-10 business day delivery time once the order has ben shipped. I do not include international tracking in the calculated shipping cost. If you wish to add tracking to your order, you will be able to add that option to your order at checkout.
I am not responsible for any lost or stolen orders - especially if tracking indicates that it was delivered, I cannot be responsible for that package which at that point is out of my hands and control. A replacement piece or refund in this case will not be approved. I highly recommend adding tracking to your order, especially for larger orders. Shop with HRH is not responsible for any customs fees that may be applied to international orders.
