CANCELLATION

Orders can be canceled for a refund less a $25 fee for restocking - many of our stones and pieces are limited and / or rare and vintage. Cancellations cannot be made after production has already started.

Orders for any Backordered/Pre-Order items including Prive items cannot be canceled as that order is sent directly at the same time to our manufacturer to be produced. 

 

LIMITED PIECES

Some pieces are very limited, and are taken down once they are sold out (which can sometimes be in a matter of hours)! If you don’t see a piece you are interested in, just email us!

 

SIZING / CUSTOMIZATION

Standard sizes:

Chokers are made for a 13” neck

Bracelets are made for a 6” wrist

• These measurements are most common. You can always use a measuring tape and wrap it around your neck or wrist (flush!) to find your measurement.

* Pieces can be customized for any measurement! Typically for a $5 customization fee. Customization to increase size by more than 4 inches from the standard size will be a special customization for which we will provide you a quote.

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Our jewelry is hand-made and hand-produced individually and in small batches. To preserve the quality, please keep pieces cool and dry. In particular, we recommend keeping your Privé pieces in the box we package them in to preserve their quality. 

For a Privé orders, one Privé box will be included in the order. Any other orders that are $35 and over will include one AB packaging and any orders below $35 will be packaged in a silver pouch.

 

ACCEPTED PAYMENTS

All major credit cards, including digital wallets (Apple Pay) and PayPal. For payment via cashier’s or personal check, please email us!

 

RETURNS

All pieces are made to order for you, therefore, no returns and / or exchanges.

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Orders are processed M-F 8AM-5PM, PST. There is up to a 10 business day turn around from the time of payment until shipment. Please remember, each piece is made to order just for you, so we ask for enough time to complete your pieces.

HRH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages - replacements or refunds will not be provided.

Domestic

Orders subtotaling $150+ receive free shipping!

Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. Once an order has been shipped from our office, delivery time is typically 1-5 business days.

International 

There are two shipping options:

USPS First-Class without tracking delivery time is typically 5-10 business days - may vary depending on your country’s customs process.

DHL Express International with tracking delivery time is typically up to 5 business days. This option includes tracking and insurance. This option is preferred especially for larger orders.
